This was the second investigation site that me and my investigator in training done on Oct. 31, 2006. I
had known strange things happened at this site most of my life. Many false alarms were called in by
hysterical witnesses to the fire department and rescue squad as long as I can remember. Being a retired
Firefighter/EMT in the community, I was on many of these calls. The witnesses themselves were sincere
and credible but in most cases either majorly confused when they went to show us where they
emergency was and found nothing. We got used to these kinds of calls but paid them no attention, at
least outwardly.
My investigator in training used to live near the boat landing and she wanted to see what it was she kept
experiencing down there, to see if we could get any evidence to back up the things that had taken place
there through the years. I can now say as a Paranormal Investigator as I could as a Firefighter/EMT the
countless times we were called down there that this is the most bizarre case of my career!
In the 9 years Ghost Mind has been around one would think that I've seen some pretty weird stuff. Indeed
I have but this one goes beyond a "normal" paranormal realm. If you don't understand where I get the
term "normal paranormal", read on, you will.
Footsteps. Immediately there was something or someone following us. When we demanded they show
themselves or leave us alone, they stood still. It happened again, getting closer. We warned them we
were armed and we would defend ourselves if they got any closer, the footsteps stopped. The kicker
here is we had a light right on the spot the footsteps were coming from and could see no one there.
When I downloaded the photos, I got lots of self-lit orbs from that spot where the footsteps were so
strongly heard. Whatever it was, it was intelligent.
The landscape changed. You read that right. I had decided not to put this fact on the website, however, I
read recently of other paranormal groups experiencing the same sort of phenomena. When I
re-reviewed the evidence, the photos had changed, too, but another odd thing stood out. The photos
seemed to show the rocks forming something that looked like humans, one bleeding on the rocks
half-way in the edge of the water of the lake. He would appear on the photo and then be gone again.
There were other anomalies on the photos that changed before I published them to the site, too. I would
soon find out that this wasn't to be the only evidence changing, even though I didn't edit it nor anyone else
had access to it but me, that I would encounter.
